Pontsho Manzi has been involved in human resource management with special focus in recruitment, training & development facilitation, coaching, assessment, and skills development facilitation), organisational development, and labour relations, in both private and public sector organisations.
She served as a committee member on the Employment Equity Forum -Nedbank Group and also played a role of Skills Development Coordinator in Product Integration department (IT Department) at Nedbank. She was also nominated to play a major role as a coach and mentor for Bankseta Letsema learnership while at Nedbank.
